RAIDaptive Buddy
The role of a RAIDaptive Buddy is to assist, or “fill in the gap” for the skills that the RAIDaptive Diver cannot effectively complete independently.
Therefore, this course has been designed to teach you how to appropriately assist the RAIDaptive Diver in performing those RAID Open Water 20 diving skills that the RAIDaptive Diver cannot independently perform.
Once certified, you will be able to assist a RAIDaptive Diver with the following techniques in their diving designations (D1, D2 & D3)
- Transfers, lifts, and other modes of offering assistance.
- Special communication skills.
- Working as a team to provide the safest diving experience for the RAIDaptive Dive.
To enrol in this course, you will have to be certified RAID Master Rescue Diver or Equivalent.
